Erica is a licensed Physical Therapist, and graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. I have advanced training as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) as well am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).

I am also a trained pelvic health therapist, and am very passionate about helping women with a variety of pelvic health issues. I have personal experience with pelvic floor physical therapy after having my own two children, and have since helped many women of all ages with improving their quality of life and living life without fear, embarrassment, or discomfort with urinary leakage and urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and constipation or bowel leakage. This also includes back pain and tightness and hip pain and issues.

As a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I am passionate about helping women who are hoping to become pregnant, who are currently pregnant, or who have already had children (no matter how many years ago!) to live without pain or dysfunction to reach their individual activity and life goals.

I have extensive experience working with adults with a variety of difficulties and disorders. I have expertise in working with individuals with neurological conditions including people who have had a stroke, brain injuries, those with Parkinson's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis, just to name a few. I also have years of experience working with many adults with difficulties with balance, strength, and overall reduced independence with mobility and those at risk of falls or who want to be able to maintain or improve their level of activity or independence.
